The river a fast flowing river that is perfect for fishing, swimming, kayaking and even watching! Since there are only a limited amount of properties with river frontage, those properties often go quickly! In today's market there are 5 residential listings on the river and the price range from $299,000 to $535,000. I have filmed a video walk-through of a beautiful riverfront home on the Nottely River, feel free to take a look at the videos. The home at 704 Riverbend Road is such a large home that I elected to soot it as 2 videos. The first video is a quick walk-through of some of the best features that the home has to offer, the second video includes the upstairs and some of the other areas that I thought I should point out! Another great home on the river is the listing at 132 Souther Farm Road in Blairsville.
