Currently in the Blairsville area there are 201 Active residential listing and there are 716 land listings for sale as of 1-8-2020! The inventory is way low on the residential side, but remains high for land listings for sale!
Of all of the 3 lakes in our area, Lake Nottely (Union County / Blairsville ) is the most affordable lake to purchase a single family lakefront home. Union County / Blairsville currently has 13 lakefront homes listed with Lake Nottely frontage! The price of lakefront homes range from $315,000 to $1,499,000 on Lake Nottely as of today!

The Blue Ridge and Fannin County area has 346 Residential listings and 513 land listings for sale!
Currently there are 15 Lakefront home on Lake Blue ridge! The prices range from $364,000 to $5,600,000!

Currently the Hiawassee and Young Harris area of Towns County has 193 residential listings for sale! Currently there are 43 active residential listings which comprise of Condominiums. Townhomes or Private Residences. Lake Chatuge does span into the Hayesville, NC area and we do have a licensed North Carolina agent on our team!
